Before an offer is sent
The desk checks whether the destination and the product can be offered. Restricted destinations are declined in the reply rather than hidden behind a form that always says yes.
Write the port or the city. If you already know the document set your broker wants, list it in the message.

The shipment file follows the contract: specification, packing list and the certificates that belong to those goods.
